  1. Services Provided
    We provide moving services, including packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of goods,
    subject to availability.
  2. Quotes and Estimates
    ● Quotes are estimates only and may change based on actual conditions.
    ● Final charges are based on actual time, labor, and materials used.
  3. Bookings and Cancellations
    ● Deposits may be required to secure service.
    ● Cancellations within [72 hours] may result in forfeiture of deposit.
    ● We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or mechanical issues.
  4. Payments
    ● Payment is due upon completion of services.

    ● We handle items with care, but liability is limited to .72 cents/pound, unless additional
    coverage is purchased.
    ● We are not responsible for:
    ○ Improperly packed items.
    ○ Pre-existing damage.
    ○ Delays outside our control.
    ○ Cash, jewelry, documents, or valuables unless disclosed in writing.
  7. Claims

● Must be submitted in writing within [30 days].
● Documentation may be required.
